Who it is for
For small and medium businesses that hear about AI everywhere without knowing where to start, or whose employees already use it each on their own, with no rules or method.
What the coaching includes
- A review of your tasks: on a video call, we list your team’s repetitive tasks (emails, quotes, meeting minutes, product sheets, customer replies) and spot those where AI saves time.
- Tool setup: I recommend the right tool (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini, depending on your software and budget) and create ready-to-use assistants for your tasks, with your templates and your tone.
- A hands-on workshop of 2 to 3 hours, on a video call or at your premises, using your own examples: how to word a request, how to check an answer, and what must never be entrusted to an AI.
- A memo summarising the assistants created, good practices and the rules for your data.
AI training or coaching?
This is not a certified training course: the coaching cannot be funded through French training funds (OPCO). It is practical work centred on your business, which leaves you with tools already set up rather than a theoretical course. If you are looking for funded in-company AI training, you need a certified training body.
What comes next
If the workshop reveals tasks to automate between your tools or a need for a chatbot for your website, I quote them separately. Nothing obliges you: the coaching stands on its own.
How much does the coaching cost?
€490 excl. VAT: review of your tasks, tool setup, workshop and memo. Subscriptions to AI tools are at your expense, usually €20 to €30 per month and per user for professional plans. See all prices.
