Why I display my prices
Because a business owner should know what to expect before even getting in touch. The starting prices above correspond to precise scopes, described on each page: maintenance, PrestaShop store, custom CRM, showcase website. If your need falls outside that scope, the quote says so clearly.
VAT
Prices are shown in euros, excluding VAT. The quote states the VAT that applies to your situation, depending on where your business is based.
Time and materials
- Hourly rate: €75 excl. VAT, billed at the actual time spent
- Same-day emergency, on a working day: €110 excl. VAT per hour
- Evenings, weekends and public holidays, subject to availability: €150 excl. VAT per hour, 1 hour minimum
- 5-hour pack: €350 excl. VAT, 10-hour pack: €650 excl. VAT, valid for 12 months
- Changes of more than one working day: fixed-price quote, with a firm price
Payment
Website creation: 30% on order, 40% on approval of the designs, 30% on delivery. Other projects: 30% on order, balance on delivery. Subscriptions: automatic monthly debit, or a single payment for the yearly plan.
Travel
Video calls are the norm. On-site visits are free within an hour’s drive of Perpignan (south of France); beyond that, they are quoted.
