The questions it answers
The assistant learns from your content: FAQ, terms of sale, product pages, website pages. It answers in your company’s tone, at any hour, and when a question goes beyond what it knows, it passes the request to your team by email or form. Every month, you receive the list of questions asked: a goldmine of information to improve your pages.
AI chatbot or classic chatbot?
A classic chatbot follows fixed scripts: it only understands the questions that were planned. An AI chatbot understands freely worded questions and answers from your knowledge base. It is far more useful, provided it is well framed: that is the whole point of the setup.
A chatbot for your online store
On a store, it takes care of repetitive customer service questions: delivery times, returns, availability, payment methods. It plugs into a PrestaShop store as well as a WordPress website, and relieves your support team during busy periods.
The steps, from your content to launch
We gather your content and define what the assistant must do, and above all must not do. I configure it, then you test it on a private page before it goes live. No need for a chatbot agency: you have a single contact, from scoping to monthly follow-up.
How much does a chatbot cost?
From €1,200 excl. VAT for the setup, then €39 excl. VAT per month for the monthly knowledge-base update, the report of questions asked and updates to the assistant. The assistant is installed on your site: AI usage costs are paid directly on your own account, usually a few euros per month for a small business. See all prices.
Your data and the law
The assistant only knows what you give it, and no sensitive data is fed into it. Your customers know they are talking to an AI, as the European AI Act requires. The chatbot is one of the AI solutions for businesses that I set up.
