Bringing AI into your business, in practice
Three uses of AI save a small business time from the very first month: answering customer questions, connecting your tools without re-typing, and writing faster. From €450 excl. VAT. AI is only worthwhile if it solves a precise problem: customer questions that keep coming back, information copied from one piece of software to another, emails and quotes written by hand. I start from your tasks, not from the technology, and I suggest the simplest solution that works.
Chatbot, automation or coaching: which one?
- An AI chatbot on your website: it answers your customers 24/7 from your own content, and hands over to your team when it does not know. From €1,200 excl. VAT.
- Automations between your tools, with Make or n8n: an order, a form or an email triggers the right actions, with no re-typing. From €450 excl. VAT per scenario.
- AI coaching for your team: the right tools set up for your business, and a hands-on workshop on your own cases. €490 excl. VAT.
AI can also be built straight into a custom CRM: customer file summary, follow-up draft, sorting of incoming requests.
Independent AI consultant or agency
I design and set things up myself: no salesperson, no project manager, and prices on display. I am also a web developer, which lets me plug AI into the tools you already use (website, store, CRM) rather than add one more.
Where to start
If you do not yet know what to do with AI, start with the coaching: together we spot the tasks that take you the most time, and you leave with tools already set up. If you have a precise need, such as answering customers or connecting two applications, we go straight to the chatbot or the automation.
Your data and the European AI Act
AI suggests, a human approves. No sensitive data is entrusted to a tool without your agreement, accounts are opened in your name, and your customers know when they are talking to an AI, as the European AI Act requires.
