What the reform changes
- Since 1 September 2026, all businesses in France must be able to receive electronic invoices.
- Issuing becomes compulsory on 1 September 2026 for large companies and mid-sized firms, and on 1 September 2027 for small and medium businesses and micro-businesses.
Invoices go through platforms accredited by the French tax administration, in structured formats. Whether your company is concerned depends on where it is established: your accountant can confirm.
Who does what
- Your accountant advises you on your obligations and on the choice of platform.
- I connect your PrestaShop store or your CRM to the chosen platform, depending on what it allows: existing connector, API or import of invoices in the requested format, then sending and receiving tests. Before any quote, I check the platform’s connection options.
I give no accounting or tax advice: that is your accountant’s role.
How much does it cost?
From €490 excl. VAT for the connection, documentation and one hour of hands-on training. The subscription to the accredited platform is at your expense, and developing a specific connector is quoted separately. See the prices.
